Aircraft

PCF Aviation, LLC was formed for the specific purpose of bringing high-quality aircraft to the rental and instruction market on the Central Coast. We have stuck by that purpose with all of our aircraft acquisitions and with our ongoing maintenance program. PCF Aviation boasts the most diverse aircraft fleet on the Central Coast, featuring 9 Cessna, 6 Piper, and 1 Beech Aircraft. The Cessna fleet consists of a two 152's, a 2000 Cessna Turbo 182T with Garmin G-1000 glass panel cockpit, six Cessna 172's, including our 2005 172SP with Garmin G-1000 glass panel cockpit. The Piper fleet consists of a 1974 Warrior, a 1995 Archer III with a Garmin 430 IFR certified GPS, and a 200-horsepower Arrow II. Topping off our fleet is a 1985 Beech Bonanza A36 with a Garmin 530 and a 2002 Piper Arrow III with dual Garmin 430's with Traffic Information System. 

All prices are “wet," but are based on a standard fuel price of $2.15 a gallon.  A Fuel Surcharge is added based on the actual fuel price.  The Fuel Surcharge is calculated on the first of each month by subtracting $2.15 from the actual fuel price and multiplying the difference by the average fuel burn of each aircraft.  (For example if the current Fuel Price is $3.00.  The Fuel Surcharge for a Cessna 172 will be: $3.00 - $2.15 = $0.85 x 7.4 Gallons per hour = $6.29 per hour).
