PCF Aviation is proud to announce Charter Sharing.  This new charter initiative is designed to provide the local business community with added travel flexibility.  It will allow customers to join together for charter flights and share the costs.  For more details click HERE.

Labor Day weekend: Camping Trip to Columbia Airport (O22).  The trip will leave KSBP on Saturday morning and return Sunday.  (Unless you want to stay to Monday on your own)  Please reserve your own airplane and e-mail me how many people will be in your party.  pat@pcfaviation.com

October 25: PCF Fun Fly and Skills Challenge #2.  Spot Landing and Flour Drop at Paso Robles.  I have reserved the fleet again.  Please e-mail me the names for your two-man team and your first choice of airplane.  Planes will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  Look in the notes on the schedule to see if an airplane has already been assigned.  This event was a great success the first time around and we are looking forward to the next round. pat@pcfaviation.com

The First PCF Aviation Fun Fly Skills Challenge was a huge success.  PCF wants to thank all of the participants.  The team of Kevin Lovell and Clint Davis were the overall champions with 202 points.  Matt Bolton and Dan Cotter were second with 258 points and Ryan Svetz and Matt Pittenger was third with 276 points.  The Individual event winners were:
Ground Tow: Shawn Ashby and Phil Tarver
Spot Landing: Kevin Lovell and Clint Davis
Flour Drop: Kevin Lovell and Clint Davis
Best Landing: Ryan Svetz and Matt Pittenger: 22 feet
Best Flour Drop: Matt Bolton and Dan Cotter: 10 feet

Thanks to all who attended John and Martha King's presentaion: HOW TO AVOID UNWANTED ADVENTURE - AND STILL HAVE FUN!   In 1996 the Kings were named "Aviation Educators of the Year" by Professional Pilot Magazine. John received the 2004 "Excellence in Pilot Training" award from the National Air Transportation Association. At Kitty Hawk on December 16, 2003, Martha was honored by the First Flight Centennial Commission as one of the 100 Distinguished Aviation Heroes in the first century of flight.

PCF Aviation has been named the 2007 Platinum Award Winner by Cessna Aircraft Company.  Cessna presents the Platinum Award to one Cessna Pilot Center for exceeding the operating standards of the Cessna Pilot Center Network.  PCF Aviation's Patrick Mallon accepted the award from Cessna Regional Manager Jim Pitman at the Cessna Pilot Center Management Seminar in Wichita, Kansas.  To read PCF in the news click Here.
