I flew T-34’s, T-28’s, T-33’s, and got my pilot wings in November 1957. I remained in the Air Force for 23 years and flew the F-84F, F-100A, B-52 and FB111A. After retirement in 1979, I came to San Luis Obispo and flew Air Charter for 6 years and instructed in many different aircraft. I built a Pitts S-1D, flew in it in 1977 and still have the aircraft
