Bio:  Phillip initially learned to fly above the cows of UC Davis.  Upon returning to his hometown 2 years ago, Phillip continued his flight training for advanced ratings at PCF.  He is now thrilled to be instructing in airplanes above the cows of San Luis Obispo County.
